Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Conglomerate Media Group, LLC collects when you use Buffet Me on the web or in our apps, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Apple or Google and choose to share it.
• Profile and content: your display name, username, photo, home city, bio, and the reviews, comments, photos and videos you post. These are public.
• Activity: buffets you save, coupons you save and redeem, helpful votes and likes, reports and blocks.
• Location: only when you ask for buffets near you. Your device's position is used to run that search and is not stored on our servers or linked to your account.
• Business claims: the name, role, phone and email you give us to verify a claim.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and basic usage analytics, without your identity.

How we use it

To run Buffet Me: show your content, let businesses redeem your coupons (they see your display name and the coupon), send sign-in codes and notifications you ask for, verify business claims, keep the community safe, and fix problems. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host and run Buffet Me on our behalf: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Vercel (web hosting and analytics) and Sentry (crash reporting). We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect members.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your content and profile at any time, and delete your account from your account page or the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, reviews, photos, videos, saved buffets and coupons. Comments stay in their threads without your name so replies still make sense.

Children

Buffet Me is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
