Terms and community rules

These terms are an agreement between you and Conglomerate Media Group, LLC (“we”), which operates Buffet Me on the web at buffetme.app and in our mobile apps. By using Buffet Me you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 to use Buffet Me. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page or the app.
Community rules
Buffet Me works because reviews are honest. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. When you post a review, comment, photo or video:
- Write about your own real visit. No reviews of a business you own, work for or compete with, and no reviews written in exchange for payment, discounts or freebies.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, or personal information about others.
- No spam, advertising, or links to unrelated sites.
- Only upload photos and videos you took or have the right to share, and keep them about the food and the restaurant.
- Business owners may reply as their business. Replies must be respectful and must not offer incentives to change or remove a review.
Anyone can report content or block another member. We review reports promptly, usually within 24 hours, and remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting Buffet Me. This license ends when you delete the content, except where it has been shared by others or must be kept for legal reasons.
Businesses
Claiming a listing requires that you are authorized to represent the business; we may verify this by phone. Claimed businesses can edit their information, post menus, specials, photos and coupons, and respond to reviews. Claiming a listing does not let you remove or edit reviews.
Coupons
Coupons are offered by the businesses that publish them, not by us. The business sets the offer and its terms and is responsible for honoring it. Each code is single use. We are not liable for a business that does not honor a coupon, but please tell us if that happens.
Listings and information
Listings may come from public sources and from members. Hours, prices and menus change; confirm with the restaurant before you go. Buffet Me is not affiliated with the restaurants listed unless a listing says it is claimed by the business.
Disclaimers and liability
Buffet Me is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to $100.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will note the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
